1. When Should You Book Senior Pictures in Northeast Ohio?

If you take one thing from this post, let it be this:

Book early.

Spring and summer dates always go first. Always.

The girls who book early:

• Get first choice of dates
• Have time to plan outfits
• Don’t feel rushed
• Actually enjoy the experience

If you wait until fall, your options are limited and everything starts to feel stressful.

Senior year is busy enough. Your pictures shouldn’t be.

2. What Should You Wear?

This is probably the #1 question I get.

Here’s my biggest advice:
Choose outfits that feel like YOU — just elevated.

The best sessions usually include:

• One casual look (jeans, cute top, sneakers or sandals)
• One dressy look (flowy dress, heels, something that moves beautifully)
• Something that reflects your personality (sports jersey, letterman, hobby, etc.)

And moms — neutrals photograph beautifully. Creams, soft pinks, light blues, earthy tones… they always win.

Trendy is fun. Timeless is powerful.

You’ll thank yourself later for choosing something that still feels beautiful 10 years from now.

3. Should You Get Professional Hair & Makeup?

Short answer? Yes.

Not because you “need” it — you’re already beautiful.

But professional hair and makeup:

• Photographs better on camera
• Lasts through heat and wind
• Gives you that extra confidence boost

And confidence changes everything in photos.

This isn’t everyday makeup. It’s camera-ready makeup. There’s a difference.
